[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 2월 14일부터, 평창군은 평창 로컬푸드 기획생산출하 신규자 교육 및 기획생산출하회 기존회원 보수교육 등 3일간 360여명을 대상으로 교육을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

2월 14일 신규자 교육은 하루 4시간 동안 진행하여 교육의 질과 효율성을 높일 계획이며, 오는 16 ~ 17일 진행되는 보수교육은 농산물 안전품질관리 교육과 평창군 로컬푸드와 푸드플랜의 목표를 다시 한번 공유하고 추진과정의 문제점 및 발전방안에 대해 토의하며 교육을 진행하고, 교육을 이수한 신규자들은 교육 수료증을 배부하고 로컬푸드 기획생산출하회 회원에 가입할 수 있는 자격이 주어지며 출하회에 가입을 하면 로컬푸드 직매장에 정식 출하가 가능해진다고 전했다. 

군은 지난 2020년 로컬푸드 기획생산출하 첫 교육을 시작으로 현재까지 로컬푸드 기획생산출하회 회원 294명을 조직하였으며, 올해 말까지 총 500여명의 회원 조직을 목표로 교육을 추진하고 있다고 했다. 

한편 현재 평창군에서 운영되는 로컬푸드 직매장은 총 5개소로 지난 2020년 10월, 로컬푸드 직매장 1호점 개장을 시작으로 현재 3개소의 공식 직매장과 2개소의 개별 직매장이 운영되고 있으며, 작년 2021년 12월 말 기준 총 매출 9억 원을 달성하는 등 로컬푸드 농특산물에 대한 소비자의 마음을 얻고 있다고 전했다.

군은 오는 3월부터 시작되는 관내 학교급식 공급과 더불어 2022년 경기도 친환경 학교급식 농산물 공급단체로 재단법인 평창푸드 통합지원센터가 선정됨에 따라 이번 교육을 통해 농가조직화의 중요성 및 로컬푸드 기획생산출하 농업인들의 역할이 더욱 커질 것으로 기대하고 있으며, 최근 코로나19 오미크론 변이 확산 상황을 감안해 방역 수칙을 철저히 준수하며 진행한다고 했다.
