이 사업은 미취업 여성들에게 월 50만 원씩 6개월간 구직활동비용을 지급하는 것으로, 모집 시작일 기준 본인의 주민등록 주소지가 원주시로 되어 있는 만 40세 ~ 54세, 기준중위소득 150% 이하 여성이 대상이라고 했다.

모집 기간은 1월 25일부터 2월 8일까지이며, 강원일자리정보망을 통해 온라인으로 신청할 수 있다고 전했다.

이번 여성구직활동 지원사업에는 2019년 ~ 2021년에 선정된 자를 제외하며, 기초생활보장제도 생계급여 수급자 및 실업급여 수급자, 이번 사업과 유사한 타 제도와 중복 지원이 불가하다고 했다.
