[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 태백시는 여성의 경제활동 촉진 및 경력단절 예방을 위한 ‘2022년 여성구직활동 지원사업’ 참여자 지원 연령을 확대해 오는 11일부터 24일까지 추가 모집한다고 밝혔다.

참여대상자는 신청일 기준 태백시에 거주하고 있는 만40세이상 59세이하로 기준 중위소득 150% 이하에 해당하는 미취업여성이며, 당초 54세까지의 연령제한을 59세까지 확대해 지원한다고 했다. 

참여신청은 “강원일자리정보망”에 회원 가입하고 구직 등록을 한 후, 온라인 신청서를 작성해 필요한 증빙서류(주민등록 등·초본, 가족관계증명서, 건강보험자격확인서 및 납부확인서, 고용보험 자격이력내역서, 개인정보수집 이용제공에 관한 동의서)등을 첨부하면 된다고 전했다.

태백시는 신청자에 대한 취업활동 계획의 적정성, 신청자격 등을 검토한 후 5월 6일까지 참여대상자를 선발할 예정이라고 전했다. 

최종 참여대상자로 선정되면 6개월 동안 구직활동지원금 월 50만원을 최대 300만원까지 지원받아 교육비·교재구입비, 구직활동에 소요되는 식비 및 교통비 등으로 사용할 수 있으며, 조건에 따라 취창업성공금, 취업역량 강화 프로그램도 병행하여 지원받을 수 있다고 했다. 

태백시 관계자는 “여성구직활동 지원사업을 통해 경력단절이 경력이음으로 전환될 수 있도록 하고 여성 일자리 네트워크 구축을 추진하는 등 사업추진에 만전을 기하겠다”고 말했다.
