[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 17일 포천시는 신규 및 희망 공무원을 대상으로 ‘2021년 감사 사례 교육’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 반복되는 감사 지적사례 공유를 통해 맡은 일에 최선을 다하는 조직분위기 확산과 공직기강 확립을 도모하는 취지로 실시됐다고 했다.

단계적 일상회복 전환에 따른 방역수칙에 맞춰 99명의 직원을 대상으로 이루어진 이번 교육에서는 실제 사례를 중심으로 징계사례, 분야별 주요 감사 지적사항, 반복 지적사항 등을 소개하고 사전에 예방할 수 있는 실무 방법 등을 교육했으며, 특히 보조금 분야의 각종 지적사례와 실무상 접근법을 구체적으로 설명하고 추진단계별 실수할 수 있는 부분을 소개하여 보조사업 실무자의 눈높이에서 좀 더 실질적인 관리·감독을 강화할 수 있도록 했다고 전했다.

교육에 참여한 한 참가자는 “우리시 사례를 구체적으로 알게 되어 실질적인 도움이 됐다.”라고 소감을 밝혔다.

포천시 관계자는 “위법·부당행위를 근절하고 공직기강을 확립하는 청렴한 조직문화를 위해 지속적으로 교육을 실시하겠다.”라고 전했다.
