'영양이 무럭무럭! 건강은 쑥쑥!' 1기는 임산부와 만1세 이하 자녀를 둔 부모를 대상으로 선착순 모집하며 신청한 각 가정에 버섯키트를 배부하여 버섯재배방법 및 교육자료를 제공하는 비대면 영양교육으로 운영되며, 또한 키운 버섯을 이용한 요리활동이 이루어지고 난 후, 요리 완성본 사진을 밴드에 올리고 후기를 작성하면 우수자를 선정하여 소정의 상품도 주어진다고 말했다.
