이날 보고회는 2021년 정부합동 및 시·군종합평가 항목인 98개 지표에 대해 6월 말 모의평가, 부서별 순회 지표담당자 면담, 7월 말 예상 실적을 종합적으로 분석, 시·군종합평가의 평가시점인 9월 말까지 실적이 부진할 것으로 보이는 지표 10개를 선정하여 지표별 부진원인 분석 및 실적향상 대응방안을 마련하는 데 중점을 두고 진행했다고 말했다.

황범순 부시장은 코로나19 대응 4단계 거리두기 지속으로 인해 어려운 상황이지만 시·군종합평가 9월 말 평가시점까지 앞으로의 40여 일이 중요한 시기이자 마지막 기회이니 지표담당 팀장이 지속적인 관심을 가지고 담당자와 함께 끝까지 내 지표를 책임져야 한다는 마음으로 임하여 줄 것을 당부했다.
