이날 협약식에는 양주시청 사회복지과 담당팀장을 비롯해 양주시협의체 임원진, 11개 읍면동지역사회보장협의체 공동위원장, 강주현 경기북부공동모금회 본부장 등이 참석해 ‘양주시 민․관협력 자원개발 관리체계 구축’을 위해 상호 협력하기로 약속했다고 했다.

협약에 따라 양주시는 나눔캠페인의 활성화와 읍면동협의체의 역량강화 교육, 나눔유공자 포상을 위한 사업의 원활한 진행을 위해 협조하고 양주시지역사회보장협의체는 나눔캠페인 홍보지원과 참여기관 배분사업 및 사업수행 전반을 관리한다고 했다. 또한 경기사회복지공동모금회는 본 협약에 따른 사업들이 활성화 될 수 있도록 지원한다고 전했다.

이어 양주시 지역사회보장협의체는 덕계공원에서 관내 11개 읍면동지역사회보장협의체 위원장과 함께 양주시 감동나눔 “온품(온마을을 품다) 캠페인” 출범식을 열고 나눔문화 확산과 양주시 복지안전망 구축을 위한 결의를 다졌다고 했다.
