특히, 사전 신청을 통해 조별과제, 업무협의 등 간단한 회의 공간으로도 활용 가능하며 이용 시간은 공휴일을 제외한 오전09시부터 오후6시까지고, 기타 자세한 사항은 회천2동 행정복지센터 공식 카카오톡 채널에서 확인 가능하다고 했다.  

홍미영 동장은 “앞으로도 민원인 입장에서 불편 사항은 과감히 개선하고 주민들에게 필요한 공간으로 새 단장해 주민들에게 필요한 변화를 가져올 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”며 “다양한 민원서비스 발굴과 주민만족도 향상에 적극적으로 힘쓸 계획이다”고 전했다.
