[김준호 기자 = 강원남부] 태백시에서 시행하는 지역농산물을 활용한 「태백 지역향토음식 상품화 및 힐링 디저트 개발 용역」과 관련하여 제안서의 공정하고 투명한 평가를 위하여  제안서 평가위원을 공개 모집한다고 밝혔다.

 

모집기간은 12. 8~16일 까지로 모집인원은 21명(평가위원수의 3배수)이며, 모집분야는 식품영양, 마케팅, 한의학, 농학 등의 전공자, 근무 경력자, 공무원 등이다.

 

이번 용역의 내용은 지역농산물을 활용한 향토음식 상품화 및 힐링디저트 개발 용역으로 지역 특성 향토음식 상품화(밀키트 등), 힐링디저트 개발: 빵, 음료, 젤리 등 다양한 형태의 디저트 개발이다, 또한, 약선요리(한의학 전문가), 힐링디저트(농식품 연구기관), 홍보 및  상품화(마케팅 전문업체)의 3개분야 전문가가 공동 협력하여 수행하는 과제이다,
