작년 예상치 못했던 포스트코로나 펜데믹에 영유아의 건강하고 행복한 보육환경개선방안으로 제2차 아동정책 기본계획에 따라 가평군청 행복돌봄과와 함께 특수시책사업 “함께키움”영유아 발달지원사업과 “도담도담 안심보육”아동권리존중 프로그램을 기획하였다고 했다.  

“함께 키움” 영유아발달지원사업은 영유아와 부모를 대상으로 전문적인 영유아 발달지원 조기개입 프로그램으로 신청을 희망하는 모든 어린이집과 가정에 영유아 발달검사와 양육상담이 진행되며 어린이집의 영유아를 담당하는 보육교직원도 직무스트레스 해소를 위한 상담프로그램도 운영된다고 밝혔다.

또한 아동권리존중 실천을 위한 “도담도담 안심보육” 프로그램은 아동권리존중인식개선과 실천방안 자가체크리스트 참여를 통하여 영유아의 행복한 양육환경과 아동학대예방을 보장하는데 중점을 둔다고 했다.

이에 가평군은 가평군육아종합지원센터와 어린이집연합회가 한마음으로 두 사업을 통해 가평군의 영유아, 학부모, 어린이집이 모두 행복한 아동친화도시 가평군을 만들어가는데 최선을 다해 노력할 것을 약속했다고 말했다.
