[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 의정부시는 지난 7월 20일부터 7월 22일까지 3일간 직원들의 보고서 작성 능력을 높이고 대면 보고 역량을 강화하기 위한 보고역량 강화 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 민선 8기의 공약 및 각종 정책 추진에 있어서 실무 담당자의 보고서 작성에 부담을 줄이고 논리적이고 구체적인 계획 수립 및 실행을 통한 조직의 성과 창출을 위해 마련됐다.

수강 공직자들은 보고서의 기본적인 틀을 배우는 것을 시작으로 보고서 작성을 위한 자료 수집 방법, 한눈에 들어오는 보고서 작성법을 익히고 보고서 작성 실습을 통해 부족한 점을 파악하는 기회를 가졌다.

김동근 의정부시장은 “지난 공직생활 동안 보고서를 작성하는 일이 많았는데 보고서의 논리적인 체계를 구상하는 데 많은 시간을 할애했었다. 이번 교육을 통해 우리 공직자들이 가진 시정발전 방향에 대한 생각을 잘 정리해 체계적이고 효율적인 보고서를 작성하는데 도움이 되길 바란다”라고 밝혔다.
