[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강릉시는 최근 에너지 가격 상승에 따라 올해 한시적으로 에너지바우처 지원대상 확대 및 지원금액을 인상하며, 연말까지 접수를 받는다고 밝혔다.

원대상은 생계·의료급여 수급세대 중 더위·추위민감계층(노인, 장애인, 질환자 등)이나 올해 사업에 한해 주거·교육급여 수급세대 중 더위·추위민감계층까지 확대한다고 전했다.

＊더위‧추위민감계층: 세대원 기준 노인(1957년 12월 31일 이전 출생자), 영유아(2016년 1월 1일 이후 출생자), 장애인, 임산부, 희귀‧중증난치질환자, 한부모가족, 소년소녀가정(가정위탁보호아동 포함) 중 어느 하나에 해당하는 가구 

지원금액은 세대원 수에 따라 차등 지원되며, 1인 세대 137,200원(33,700원 증액), 2인 세대 189,500원(43,000원 증액), 3인 세대 258,900원(74,400원 증액), 4인 이상 세대 347,000원(137,500원 증액)으로 인상됐다고 했다.

에너지바우처 대상자는 주민등록상 거주지 읍면동 주민센터 및 복지포털‘복지로’온라인에서 신청가능하고, 하절기 바우처는 9월 30일까지, 동절기 바우처는 10월 12일부터 내년 4월 30일까지 사용할 수 있으며, 국민행복카드 사용 방식(실물카드)과 고지서를 통한 자동요금차감 방식(가상카드)으로 이용 가능하다고 했다.

강릉시 관계자는“2022년 한시적으로 지원대상 및 지원금액 인상이 추진되는 만큼 대상 가구를 적극 발굴하여 더위와 추위에 민감한 에너지 취약계층이 복지 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
