[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오죽헌․시립박물관은 변화하는 관광트랜드에 맞추어 전시물과 시설을 AR(증강현실) 기술을 활용한 모바일로 체험하는 관람서비스를 구축하여 운영한다고 전했다.

지난해 2월 문화체육관광부가 실시한 스마트 공립박물관‧미술관 구축지원 사업에 선정된 결과물로 2주간 관내 초등학생을 대상으로 시범 운영을 한 후 오는 18일부터 본격적으로 운영할 계획이라고 했다.

관람자는 오죽헌․시립박물관 앱을 설치한 후 AR(증강현실) 콘텐츠가 결합 된 미션을 수행하고, 퀴즈 퍼즐 등을 통해 강릉의 역사와 문화를 쉽고 재미있게 학습할 수 있다고 했다.

새롭게 제작한 캐릭터 신비한 소녀와 유쾌한 가이드가 안내하는 ‘오죽헌에 꽃이 내리면’ 과 ‘강릉 문화유산 답사’ , 오죽헌의 역사와 강릉의 문화를 좀 더 깊게 전달하는 ‘오디오 가이드’ 등 세 가지의 콘텐츠를 관람자가 자유롭게 선택하여 즐길 수 있다고 했다.

김흥술 관장은 “오죽헌․시립박물관이 아이들의 새로운 디지털 놀이터이자 학습터가 될 것으로 기대한다.” 며, “많은 분들이 오죽헌의 역사와 강릉의 문화를 재밌게 접할 수 있는 좋은 계기가 되길 바란다.” 고 말했다.
