[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 원주시는 코로나19 오미크론 확산에 따른 휴교 및 원격·단축 수업 등으로 등교를 하지 못하는 장애 학생들의 돌봄 강화를 위해 ‘초·중·고 장애 학생 돌봄 특별지원’을 시행한다고 밝혔다.

지원 대상은 장애 학생 활동 지원급여 수급자 중 재학증명서를 제출할 수 있는 초·중·고등학교 재학생이며, 월 29만 6천 원(20시간)을 최대 4개월(3~6월)간 추가 지원하고 본인부담금은 없다고 했다.

이용 시기는 3월부터 6월까지이며 당월에 이용하지 못한 특별지원급여는 다음 달로 이월되지 않고, 신청을 원하면 주소지 읍면동 행정복지센터에 신청서와 재학증명서를 제출하면 된다고 전했다.
