[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 3월 10일 오전 11시, 횡성군 농산물 가공연구회의 '2022 1분기 과제교육'이 우천면에 위치한 횡성인삼영농조합법인에서 열렸다고 전했다.

이날 행사는 농산물가공 사업장 운영사례 발표 및 견학과 함께 가공연구회 활성화 방안 협의, 농산물 가공 정보 교류 등으로 진행되었다고 했다. 

한편 지난 2012년 2월 창립된 농산물 가공연구회는 현재 18명의 회원이 활동하고 있으며, 지역 우수 가공사업장 현장 견학, 가공체험을 통한 사업연계방안 발굴, 회원간 지역 농산물 가공제품 정보 교류 등 다양한 활동을 펼치고 있다고 밝혔다.
