다만 재택근무가 어려운 업무는 담당직원 코로나19 확진 시 대체할 수 있는 근무시스템을 사전에 확보하고, 원활한 재택근무를 위해 운영 시스템도 대폭 개선하며, 당초 재택근무 이용 시스템은 일부 업무만 가능했지만, 이를 확대해 대부분의 업무가 가능하도록 했다고 밝혔다.

시정부 관계자는 “재택근무가 자리를 잡으면 코로나19를 대비할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 행정의 효율도 극대화 될 것으로 기대한다”라고 말했다.
