옥정천년나무16단지 아파트 내 소재한 양주시사회적경제지원센터는 사회적경제 중간지원 조직으로 사회적경제기업 컨설팅과 판로개척 지원, 사회적경제 생태계 조성 등 사회적경제의 기반을 구축하는 플랫폼 역할을 수행해 왔다고 전했다.
