복싱부는 제51회 대통령배전국시도복싱대회 3위, 제70회 전국중고대복싱선수권대회 3위를 차지한 박재만 선수(남 –69㎏급)와 전(前 ) 국가대표 출신 배재민 선수(남 -69㎏급)를 영입해 전력 향상이 예상된다고 했다.
