정재현 대표는 “평창군과 중소기업이 상생하며 우리 군이 더 발전되기를 바란다.”며, “우리 지역의 학생들에게 조금이나마 도움이 되고 싶다.”고 말했다.

평창장학회 관계자는 “어려운 시기지만 힘을 모아 주셔서 감사드리며, 평창군의 열악한 교육 환경을 개선하는 데 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다. 

한편 평창팜은 평창지역에서 생산하는 곤드레 나물을 이용해 자체 개발을 하여 다양한 상품을 만들어 내고 있으며, 2016년부터 꾸준히 평창장학회에 기부하는 등 미래 인재 육성에 관심을 기울이고 있으며, 최근 농촌융복합사업 발전에 기여한 우수한 실적을 인정받아, 농식품부에서 주관하는 ‘2021 농촌융복합산업 우수사례 경진대회’에서 장려상을 수상한 바 있다고 했다.
