[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 10월 29일 포천시는 전문적이고 체계적인 사례관리 수행을 위해 공공 및 민간 사례관리 업무 담당자 20여명을 대상으로 비대면 역량강화 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

지난 2월에 이어 실시된 이번 교육에서는 경기대학교 민소영 교수님을 초빙해 읍면동 복지허브화, 초기상담 개념 및 기록, 통합사례관리 단계별 핵심과업 등을 중심으로 교육이 진행됐다고 전했다.

교육에 참여한 한 업무 담당자는 “사례관리 업무를 맡은 지 얼마되지 않아 막막했는데 실질적인 업무수행에 도움이 되었으며, 앞으로 보다 전문적인 사례관리를 통해 복지대상자가 위기에서 벗어날 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”라고 말했다.
