한마음가족봉사단은 동 행정복지센터를 통해 추천받은 취약계층 독거노인과 1:1 결연을 맺고 월 2~3회 안부전화를 드리고 월 1회 자원봉사센터에서 지정한 상가에서 음식을 찾아 전달하는 봉사활동을 하고 있다고 했다.

강문혜 봉사자는 “그동안 정이 들었는데 코로나4단계라 마주보고 대화할 수 없어 안타깝지만 전화도 반갑게 받아주시고 전달한 음식도 감사히 잘 먹었다고 하신다”며 “가끔 하는 안부 전화로도 위안을 받으시는 것 같고 아이들도 어르신 건강을 걱정하고 있다” 고 전했다.

한편, 한마음가족봉사단은 추석 명절을 맞아 송편과 전, 그리고 마음이 담긴 손 편지를 작성하여 결연 어르신들께 전달할 계획이라고 했다.
