[장선희 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 6월 11일 의정부시 송산3동 행정복지센터는 민락동 소재 대한예수교 장로회 삼애교회가 어려운 이웃을 돕기 위한 성금 100만 원을 기탁했다고 밝혔다.

삼애교회는 지난 2017년에도 창립 30주년을 맞아 신도들과 함께 모은 쌀 920kg을 기탁하여 송산권역의 취약계층을 후원한 바 있다고 했다.

이갑재 담임목사는 “코로나19로 힘들어진 지역의 어려운 이웃들에게 도움이 되고자 성금을 기탁하게 되었으며 작지만 조금이나마 희망과 위로가 되길 바란다.”고 밝혔다.

김보경 복지지원과장은 “모두가 어려운 시기에 따뜻한 손길을 내밀어 주신 삼애교회 관계자분들과 신도들에게 진심으로 감사드리며, 홀몸어르신 등 취약계층이 무더운 여름을 무사히 지낼 수 있도록 소중히 잘 전달하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
