[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 11일 포천시체육회는 포천시청 대회의실에서 정기대의원총회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 정기대의원총회는 표창장, 공로패 및 인준패 수여식을 포함해 2020년도 세입세출결산 및 감사, 2021년도 주요사업 계획 및 세입세출(안)을 보고하는 자리로 마련됐다고 했다.

김인만 체육회장은 “코로나19로 어려운 상황에서도 방역수칙을 준수하며 협력해 준 모든분께 감사드린다.”라며 “각종 대회준비와 종목 활성화에 매진하는 한편, 100세 시대 시민의 건강증진을 위해 생활체육과 전문체육의 조화를 이뤄 앞으로 나아가겠다.”라며 개회사를 열었다. 

박윤국 포천시장은 “경기북부는 스포츠분야에서 아직까지 열악한 환경이다. 강남지역이 허허벌판에서 86아시안게임, 88올림픽을 통해 명품도시가 되었듯, 포천시가 남북평화시대에 우리나라를 대표할 수 있는 스포츠수도로 성장할 수 있도록 함께 나아가자.”라고 말했다.
