이번 행사는 가정의 달을 맞아 서로 간에 사랑과 감사의 마음을 전할 수 있도록 감사 카드를 쓰며 행복한 시간을 보낼 수 있는 기회를 주고자 마련되었으며 카드와 함께 온 가족이 둘러앉아 맛있게 식사할 수 있도록 치킨세트가 제공되었고, 드림스타트 대상 아동 모두가 참여한 이 행사는 치킨을 맛있게 먹으며 감사카드를 작성하는 사진을 촬영하여 담당자에게 전송한 가족 중 베스트 포토상 6팀을 선정하여 치킨세트를 추가로 제공했다고 말했다.

가정의 달 손편지 쓰기 행사에 참여한 한 아동은 “가족끼리 서로에게 편지도 쓰고 치킨도 먹을 수 있어서 너무 행복한 시간이었다.”라고 밝혔다.
