한편, 포천시는 지난 4월 아동보호체계 강화를 위해 아동학대전담TF팀을 구성하여 운영 중이며, 하반기에는 아동학대 초기대응 전문성 확보를 위한 전담공무원을 배치할 계획이라고 전했다.

또한, 경기북부아동보호전문기관, 경찰서, 교육청이 참여하는 아동학대 정보연계협의체를 내실화하고 피해아동 보호기관 확충 등을 통해 아동보호체계를 더욱 강화해 나갈 예정이라고 했다.
