이번 회의는 사례관리 대상자로 선정된 5가구에 대하여, 사회적 거리두기 격상에 따라 맞춤형복지팀원들이 참여한 내부사례회의로 개최했으며, 소득이 절반 이상 줄어들어, 극심한 생활고를 겪고 있는 공과금 체납 위기에 놓인 가정과 맞춤형복지급여 연계를 통해 생활을 지원한 중장년 1인 가구, 치매로 인하여 돌봄이 필요한 독거노인 가구 등 다양한 사례에 대해 심도있게 논의했다고 전했다.

강성진 보산동장은 “장기간 코로나19의 영향으로 인해 경제적, 사회적으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 위기상황 가구에 대해 내부사례회의를 가졌다”며, “대상자에게는 적재적소에 맞는 맞춤형 복지연계는 물론, 사회단체 및 주변 인프라를 잘 활용하여, 체계적인 도움이 피부에 와 닿도록, 지속적인 사례관리에 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.
