[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 태백시는 2022년 7월 1일 기준 개별공시지가 산정을 위해 오는 22일까지 토지특성조사를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

조사대상은 올해 1월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 분할·합병·지목변경 등 토지이동이 발생한 540필지이다.

토지특성조사는 토지이용계획확인서와 건축물대장 등 공적 장부 확인, 각종 인·허가 자료 등을 검토한 후, 현장조사를 통해 토지의 이용상황, 형상, 도로 접면 등 주요 특성 항목을 기초자료로 활용한다.

태백시는 오는 22일까지 토지이동분에 대한 특정조사를 실시하고, 감정평가사의 검증과 지가 열람, 의견제출 절차를 걸쳐 오는 10월 31일에 결정 공시할 예정이다.

태백시 관계자는 "개별공시지가는 국세와 지방세 등 각종 과세 기준으로 활용되는 만큼, 정확하게 산정될 수 있도록 토지특성조사에 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.
