[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 태백시는 오는 9일 장성중앙시장 일원에서 자원 재활용 문화 형성과 나눔 행복· 교환의 재미를 느낄 수 있는 ‘행복나눔 시민 참여형 벼룩시장’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.

장성중앙시장에서 개최되는 두 번째 벼룩시장은 오후 1시부터 5시까지 열리며, 어린이 시장과 일반시장, 청년·창업기업 시장이 열려 생활용품 및 수공예품, 도서·장난감, 재활용품 등을 저렴한 가격에 판매 또는 교환할 수 있다.

또한, 다양한 문화프로그램과 태백 문화의 집 공연을 행해 보다 흥겹고 시끌벅적하게 만들어 줄 것으로 기대된다.

참여를 희망하는 청소년, 일반인, 청년·창업기업 및 단체 등은 행사대행사로 방문 또는 이메일로 신청하면 되고, 참여자에게는 텐트, 탁자, 의자 등이 지원된다.

한편, 태백시는 원활한 행사 진행을 위해 오는 9일 장성중앙시장 공영주차장과 일부 구간(약 200m)의 교통통제를 실시할 예정이다.

태백시 관계자는 “벼룩시장 행사와 관련한 교통통제로 시민들에게 불편을 끼쳐 드려 죄송한 말씀을 드리며, 행사의 원활한 진행과 안전을 위한 조치인 만큼 시민 여러분의 협조와 양해를 부탁드린다”고 말했다.
