[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양양군보건소는 치매 친화적 환경조성에 앞장설 ‘치매안심가맹점’을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

치매안심가맹점은 개인사업장 구성원이 모두 치매파트너 교육을 받고, 지역사회 촘촘한 치매 안전망 구축에 적극 동참하는 사업이며, 치매파트너는 일상에서 만나는 치매환자에게 길 안내 등 도움을 주는 따뜻한 동반자로서 중앙치매센터 또는 치매체크 앱(치매 파트너 되기)을 통해 교육 이수 후 활동하게 된다고 전했다.

치매안심가맹점은 약국, 편의점, 미용실, 세탁소 등의 사업장으로 사업자등록번호 가운데 숫자 코드가 01~79, 90~99인 개인사업자라면 누구나 신청할 수 있고, 가맹점으로 지정 시 현판 제작․전달, 치매안심센터 인프라를 활용한 온·오프라인 홍보 등 다양한 혜택을 제공받게 되며, 치매 관련 정보 제공, 배회 어르신 임시 보호 및 신속한 신고, 치매 인식개선 캠페인 등 치매극복을 위한 활동에 참여하게 된다고 했다.

양양군보건소 관계자는 “치매 극복을 위한 노력에 다양한 사회 주체를 동참시켜 치매 친화적 환경을 조성하는 치매안심가맹점 사업에 많은 사업주의 관심을 바란다”고 말했다.

한편, 양양군보건소는 치매안심가맹점 모집 외에 지속적으로 치매파트너 양성, 치매극복선도단체 지정, 치매안심마을 지정 등으로 안전한 지역사회 환경조성에 힘쓸 계획이라고 했다.
