[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 28일부터, 화천군은 군창업교육센터 실습실에서 '한식 조리기능사 자격증반 교육'을 개강한다고 밝혔다. 

이 교육은 한국산업인력관리공단이 시행하는 조리 기능사 취득시험 일정에 철저하게 맞춰 진행되는 전문 커리큘럼이며, 교육생들은 교재를 활용한 이론교육, 실기교재를 이용한 실습교육에 참여하며, 최종 자격증 획득을 위한 평가까지 수행하게 된다고 했다. 

교육은 오는 5월11일까지, 총 21회에 걸쳐 진행되고, 총 30종에 달하는 한식메뉴 조리 실습이 이뤄지며, 뿐만 아니라 화천군은 4월 중 군민(농업인 우선 선발)들을 대상으로 제과제빵 기능사반 교육도 시작한다고 전했다. 

교육생들은 오는 6월까지, 총 24회에 걸쳐 식품위생학 등 필기시험 대비 교육과 우유식빵 등 40종에 달하는 실기실습 교육을 받게 되며, 화천군은 농촌주민 뿐 아니라 지역 내 경력단절 여성 사회진출을 위한 광범위한 교육을 매년 진행해오고 있다고 했다

지난해의 경우 스마트폰 활용 기조사와 아동미술 지도사, 바리스타 등 수많은 분야의 민간 자격증반이 운영된 바 있으며, 지난해 11월에는 화천군의 문해 교육사 교육과정에 참여한 20명이 전원 3급 문해 교육사 자격증 취득에 성공하기도 했다고 밝혔다.
