[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 속초시가 2022년 고용노동부 공모사업에 선정된 신중년 경력형 일자리사업으로 저소득층 방문 간호 서비스 사업을 3월부터 10월까지(8개월간) 8개 동 주민센터를 중심으로 관내 저소득 의료 취약계층에게 찾아가는 맞춤형 보건복지서비스를 제공한다고 밝혔다.

사업 대상은 신체적, 정신적 질병에 취약한 지역 내 홀로 사는 1인 가구로 특히 코로나19의 장기화로 사회적 고립이 높아지면서 고독사 등의 위험에 노출된 거동이 불편하여 일상생활이 어려운 중증 장애인 가구, 정신질환 가구 등 건강 고위험·복지문제를 가진 관내 저소득가구를 집중 케어할 예정이라고 했다.

본 사업은 지역주민들과 소통이 원활하고 신속 방문이 용이한 관내 8개 동 주민센터에 3월부터 배치되어 간호(조무) 전문가 및 복지전담공무원이 대면 또는 비대면으로 전문적인 경력을 활용하여 대상자의 건강정보 및 질환관리 상담 등 지속적 건강관리 서비스를 체크하여 건강위험 요인을 사전에 해소하고, 대상자별로 다양하고 복합적인 상황에 필요한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 사업으로 이와 연계하여 동 주민센터에서는 사례회의 및 민간서비스 지원 등 욕구에 따른 맞춤형 통합사례관리사업을 운영한다고 했다.
