[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강원도는 2022년 고용노동부 공모사업 ‘지역산업맞춤형 일자리창출 지원사업’에서 국비 32억 원을 확보하는 성과를 이루었다고 전했다.

지역산업맞춤형 일자리창출 지원사업은 지역의 특수성과 인구・산업구조 등에 맞는 일자리사업을 지역이 직접 기획하여 고용노동부의 심사・선정을 거쳐 추진하는 사업으로, 2022년 강원도는 국·도비 총 41억 원 규모로 사업을 추진하여, 일자리 창출을 확대하고 지역현안을 해결하기 위해 노력할 것이라고 밝혔다.

강원도가 2022년에 운영하는 사업은 총 4건으로, ｢ICT기반 미래형 일자리 창출사업｣은 경영난과 인력난에 고심하는 ICT기반 중소기업의 매출성장과 채용인원 증대의 선순환 구조 확립을 목표로, 신규채용을 전제로 한 단계적인 기업지원 패키지를 제공하여 150여 명의 신규고용 창출을 목표로 한다고 했다.

｢국방개혁 대비 평화지역 내일설계 사업｣은 평화지역에 구축한 고용서비스 기관인 내일센터(화천, 양구)를 기반으로 고용알선, 취‧창업지원 프로그램을 운영하면서, 160여 명의 신규고용과 고용서비스 제공을 목표로 한다고 했다.

｢바이오 융복합 기업상생협력 지원사업｣은 최근 인력수요가 크게 늘어나고 있는 바이오 융복합 분야 기업지원을 추진하여 20명의 신규고용 창출을 목표로 한다고 했다.
