[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 동해시는 학교폭력대책지역협의회 위원의 임기가 오는 3월 1일 만료됨에 따라, 협의회를 10명으로 확대 재구성한다고 밝혔다.

동해시학교폭력대책지역 협의회는 동해시청, 동해경찰서, 동해교육지원청을 비롯해 청소년 관련단체 및 전문가 등 당연직 위원 4명과 위촉직 위원 6명으로 구성된다고 했다.

이번 모집인원은 동해시에서 청소년 활동 및 보호분야로 활동 중인 전문가 2명이며, 모집기간은 오는 10일부터 25일까지이고, 자격 조건 등 자세한 사항은 동해시 홈페이지 참고 또는 동해시 가족교육과로 문의하면 된다고 했다.

동해시는 위 기한 내 미접수된 경우 추천을 통해 위원을 위촉할 예정이며, 위촉 임기는 2022년 3월 2일부터 2024년 3월 1일까지라고 전했다.

임정규 가족교육과장은 “미래 주역인 청소년들이 마음 놓고 즐겁게 학교 및 사회생활을 할 수 있도록 학교폭력대책협의회를 운영해 학교폭력 근절과 안전하고 행복한 청소년문화 조성에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
