[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 1월 22일 오후 김상회 전 청와대 행정관(수원특례시발전연구소장)은 <김상회 삶의 에세이 - ‘반쟁이 막내가 청와대 간다고’> 출판기념회를 성황리에 마무리하며 수원시장 출마 예정자로서 확고한 입지를 굳혔다고 전했다. 

 

책 제목은 마을 골목과 산이나 들을 누비던 개구쟁이로 자란 저자가 청와대 행정관이 됐다고 했을 때 가족과 동네형님들 반응을 옮긴 것이라고 했다.
