[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 의정부시는 생활체육 수요에 부응하고 체육활동의 확산을 위해 의정부시체육회와 의정부시장애인체육회에 생활체육지도자를 배치·운영하고 있다고 밝혔다. 

 

의정부시는 코로나19로 대면 활동에 제약에 따라 건강한 도시, 건강한 시민을 위해 비대면 홈트레이닝 영상 제공 및 온라인 양방향 영상 수업을 통해 시민 누구나, 언제 어디서나 스포츠 활동에 참여할 수 있는 스포츠 프로그램 제공하고 있다고 했다. 

 

의정부시체육회와 의정부시장애인체육회 생활체육지도자들은 코로나 19 장기화로 대면지도가 어려운 상황에서 시민들이 건강을 지키기 위해 홈트레이닝 영상을 촬영해 제공하고 있다고 전했다. 

 

홈트레이닝 영상은 의정부시 체육회 및 장애인체육회 생활체육지도자들이 주 1회~2회 영상을 제며, 의정부시체육회·의정부시장애인체육회 홈페이지 및 각종 SNS(밴드, 유튜브, 블로그 등)에 공유, 스트레칭 및 근력 운동 등 누구나 쉽게 따라 할 수 있는 컨텐츠로 시간과 공간에 최대한 제약을 받지 않으며 쉽고 재미있게 따라 할 수 있는 소근육 운동 등 다양한 영상으로 구성해 제공하고 있다고 밝혔다.

2021년 2월부터 비대면 지도의 한계점 극복을 위해 줌(ZOOM)프로그램을 활용한 원격화상 체조·근력운동 수업을 진행하고 있다. 주 2회 월 4개소를 선정해 운영하며, 의정부시체육회·의정부시장애인체육회 홈페이지에서 신청할 수 있다고 전했다.(상시/선착순 모집) 

 

생활체육에 관심이 있거나 지도자 비대면 수업을 지원을 원하는 기관은 실시간 생활체육지도자와 소통해 기관별 맞춤 프로그램도 가능하며, 기관 등의 수요에 따라 생활체육용품을 무료 대여하고 용품 사용법에 대한 교육과 교육 영상을 통해 수업을 진행하는 체육용품대여 프로그램도 진행하고 있다고 했다. 

 

코로나19로 모두가 어려움을 호소하고 있는 요즘 의정부시체육회와 장애인체육회 생활체육지도자들은 의정부시 지역 명소에서 생활체육 프로그램영상을 제작하여 홍보하고 있다고 전했다. 

 

3‧1절 제102주년을 맞아 의정부시장애인체육회와 의정부시체육회가 함께 의정부역전근린공원 안중근 동상 앞에서 ‘독도는 우리땅’에 맞추어 생활 체조를 촬영, 3.1절을 기념하고 건강한 음악체조를 통해 코로나19를 극복하자는 의미를 담아 영상을 제작했다고 했다.
