이날은 신임이사인 김정화 점핑스타 동두천점 대표, 채선태 동광섬유 대표, 김현식 동두천컨벤션웨딩홀 대표, 최현수 사회복지사를 위촉했고, 안건으로는 2021년 출전한 각종 장애인체육대회 참가결과에 대해 보고했다고 했다. 

최용덕 시장은 인사말을 통해 “코로나19로 인해 오랜만에 임원 여러분들을 만나뵙게 되어 매우 기쁘다. 임원들의 소중한 의견을 모아 동두천시 장애인체육이 한걸음 더 성장할 수 있는 계기가 되었으면 좋겠다”고 말했다.
