[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시는 지난 2일 도시·건축공동위원회를 재구성하고 위촉장을 수여했다고 밝혔다.

포천시 도시·건축공동위원회는 민간전문위원 20명, 공무원 5명 등 총 25명으로 구성했다. 이번에 구성된 포천시 도시·건축공동위원회는 향후 2년간 지구단위계획 또는 지구단위계획으로 대체하는 용도지구 폐지에 관한 사항을 공동으로 심의하게 된다.

위촉장 수여 후 개최된 ‘제1회 포천시 도시·건축공동위원회’에서는 포천 도시관리계획(소흘지구) 결정(변경) 심의건 등 3건을 심의했다.

정덕채 부시장은 “시민이 중심이 되고 역사와 미래가 공존할 수 있는 지속 가능한 포천의 도시발전을 위해 폭넓은 학식과 경험을 충분히 발휘해 달라”고 당부했다.
