[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강원도 국제도시훈련센터는 오는 7월 12일부터 21일까지 외교통상부 산하 한국국제협력단(KOICA)과 함께 필리핀 공무원들을 대상으로 「강원도형 도시와 농촌 연계 지역개발」온라인 연수 과정을 개최한다고 밝혔다.  

이번 온라인 연수 구성은 실시간 화상강의, 동영상 강의 및 온라인 세미나 등 3가지 방식의 총19회 강의로 편성되어 있다.   

필리핀 중앙부처 및 지방정부 공무원 20여명이 참여하는 이번 연수에서는 강원도의 지역 자원을 활용한 도시와 농촌 연계형 지역개발 정책 및 전략을 공유하고 농산물 직거래 시스템, 농업상품 개발 등을 통한 지역소득 증대 및 일자리 창출 우수사례를 제시한다.

특히, 도내 기업형 농장, 협동조합, 마을기업이 참여하여 강원도에서의 구체적 사업 사례를 소개하고 이러한 농촌의 기업형 비즈니스를 통한 지역의 활성화 기능을 전파하게 된다. 

윤인재 강원도 글로벌투자통상국장은 “온라인 연수 사업을 통해 해외 국가와 지속적인 교류를 추진하고, 미래 수출시장 개척을 위한 마중물 성격의 내실있는 국제협력 사업을 발굴해 나갈 계획이다”라고 밝혔다.
