[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 춘천시는 사업비 청년농업인의 창업단계 및 영농규모 등 경영체별 특성에 적합한 영농기반을 지원하며, 이를 통해 청년농업인의 창업 초기 안정적인 정착을 돕는다는 방침이라고 밝혔다.

지원분야는 농축산물 생산·유통 기반(생산·유통시설 장비, 기술개발, 브랜드 개발 등), 농축산물 제조·가공(향토자원 활용 제조·가공 등 시설, 연구개발비, 컨설팅 등), 농축산물 체험·전시(생산제품 소규모 체험 전시시설, 공동판매시설, 홍보·마케팅 등), 체험관광, 6차산업(체험·휴양마을 연계 관광프로그램 및 콘텐츠개발·교육 등), 주거지원(주택 소규모 개보수 및 임차료 등) 5개 분야다.

총사업비는 6,250만원으로 시비 80%, 자부담 20%이며, 사업량은 2개소(개소당 3,125만원)다.

지원자격은 1월 1일 기준으로 만 19세 이상 만 45세 이하의 청년농업인으로, 영농경력이 5년 이하(2017.1.1. 이후 경영주 등록)여야 하고, 또 1월 1일 기준으로 춘천시에 주민등록되어 있고 실제 거주해야 한다.

신청 기간은 오는 15일까지며, 신청서 및 사업계획서와 첨부서류를 농장소재지 읍면동 행정복지센터에 제출하면 되고, 1차 서면평가와 2차 면접평가를 통해 대상자를 선정하며, 7월 중 개별 통보될 예정이며, 관련 문의는 춘천시 농업기술센터 미래농업과로 하면 된다.
