[김현우 기자 = 가평] 가평군은 투명한 부동산 거래질서 확립을 위해 관내 공인중개사사무소를 대상으로 부동산중개업소 집중 지도․점검을 실시했다고 29일 밝혔다. 

점검은 지난 6일부터 2주간 진행됐으며, 주요 점검사항으로는 중개사무소 등록증 등의 게시여부, 거래계약서 등 작성 및 보관실태, 등록증 및 자격증 대여행위, 중개보조원 고용여부 등이며, 이를 위반한 위반업소 15곳을 적발했다.

적발된 업소에 대해서는 추가조사를 통해 경미한 사항은 시정 및 권고 조치하고 중대한 위법사항은 업무정지 등 행정처분 조치할 예정이다.

특히 이번 지도․점검은 한국공인중개사협회 가평군지회와 합동으로 실시한 사항으로 앞으로도 자격증 대여가 의심되는 업소에 대한 대책 마련과 주요 위반사항에 대한 예방 조치 등이 이루어질 예정이다.

가평군 관계자는 “공인중개사의 책임의식을 강화하고 건전한 부동산 중개행위 정착을 위해 지도․점검을 꾸준히 추진할 것이며 아울러 무자격 불법중개로 인한 피해 발생시 보상받기 어려우므로 반드시 공인중개사를 확인하고 등록된 부동산중개사무소를 통해 안전하게 거래할 것”을 당부했다.
