[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 4월 22일, 홍천군은 대회의실에서 지역 내 청년들을 대상으로 ‘주민참여예산, 찾아가는 예산학교’를 진행했다고 밝혔다. 

교육에는 관내 청년 단체인 ‘홍천군 4-H 연합회’와 홍천청년 네트워크 ‘홍청망청’의 회원들이 참여했다고 전했다.

청년들이 생각하는 살기 좋은 홍천을 만들기 위한 정책사업 발굴을 목적으로 마련된 교육은 '주민참여예산 제도 이해', '홍천군 주민참여예산 현황', '주민참여예산 사례', '제안사업 발굴 및 제안서 작성'으로 진행됐고, 또 강원도 및 홍천군 청년정책 현황에 대한 이해와 타 지역에서 발굴된 청년정책 관련 제안사업 사례를 알아보는 시간도 가졌다고 했다.

특히 이번 교육에서는 총 8건의 제안사업이 발굴됐으며, 각 담당 부서별로 오는 2023년 본예산 편성 가능성 및 사업 타당성 검토를 진행할 예정이라고 전했다.
