‘동해愛 스테이’ 프로그램은 전국 청년작가에게 창작활동 공간을 제공해 예술발전을 도모하고, 감성과 낭만이 흐르는 묵호등대 논골담길의 지속 보전과 성장을 위해 마련됐으며, 시설은 논골 1길 20 일원 5개소로, 바다 전망이 가능하다고 했고, 입주대상은 동해시민을 제외한 만 19세이상 60세 이하인 청년작가로, 입주 기간 내 논골담길에서 무료 재능기부 및 동해시 홍보 등을 할 수 있는 사람이어야 한다고 전했다.

접수기간은 오는 19일부터 21일까지로, 입주신청서 및 활동계획서 등 신청서류를 동해시청 관광과로 우편 또는 이메일 접수하면 되고, 입주자 선정은 선정위원회의 서면 심사를 통해 신청자에게 개별 통지될 예정이며, 최종 입주 기간은 오는 5월 3일부터 5월 31일까지고, 기타 자세한 사항은 동해시청 홈페이지 공고문을 통해 확인할 수 있다고 했다.
