[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원]  4월 중, 평창군은 자전거 우선도로 노면표시 정비를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

자전거 우선도로 노면표시는 ‘평창읍 바위공원~방림면 방림리 천제당 입구’ 구간, ‘평창읍 하평길~원동재 구간’에 조성된 자전거 우선도로에 대하여 노면표시 정비를 시행한다고 했다.

평창군에 따르면 자전거 우선도로 노면표시 정비는 이번 달에 완료할 예정이며, 운전자 및 자전거 이용객들의 안전한 교통환경 조성을 통해 모든 도로 이용자들이 편의를 누릴 수 있게 될 것으로 기대된다고 전했다.

주현관 도시과장은 “노면표시 정비를 통해 자전거 이용자의 사고 예방 및 자전거 우선도로 이용이 활성화 되길 바란다.”고 말했다.
