[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군 농업기술센터에서 '2022년도 지역 농산물 활용 식문화 확산 교육 상반기 수강생'을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 코로나19를 예방하기 위한 면역력을 키우는 건강음식을 주제로 하여 우리나라 전통 식문화 및 약선음식에 대한 이론교육 12시간, 지황죽, 도토리전, 흑미삼계탕 등 건강음식 24종, 총명차, 산사차 등 건강차 12종 실습교육 24시간으로 구성된다고 했다.

지난 2019년부터 가평군에서 생산되는 농산물을 활용한 다양한 주제의 요리 교육을 지속적으로 추진하며 농산물 소비 촉진에 기여하고 있는 '농산물 활용 식문화 확산 교육'이 오는 5월 2일부터 7월 25일 까지 매주 월요일 12회 과정으로 소비자들을 찾아온다고 전했다.

모집대상은 지역 로컬푸드에 관심이 있는 가평군민으로, 지난 4월 13일 기준 주민등록상 주소지가 가평군으로 되어 있어야 하며, 12회 교육 참석이 가능하여야 하고, 교육을 신청하고자 하는 군민은 가평군 농업기술센터 홈페이지에서 모집요강을 다운받아 신청서 및 구비서류를 작성한 후 농업기술센터 및 읍면 농업인상담소에 방문 및 우편접수 하면 되고, 교육 관련 자세한 문의사항은 농업기술센터 농촌자원팀로 문의하면 된다고 했다.
