[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 4월 4일 인천경기기자협회가 여론조사 기관인 조원씨앤아이를 통해 실시한 ‘더불어민주당 수원특례시장 후보 적합도’ 조사에서 김상회 수원시장 예비후보가 10.5%를 기록하며 존재감을 과시했다고 밝혔다.

김 후보는 5일 개인 SNS를 통해 “선거준비 초기에는 언론에 거론조차 되지 않았는데, 상당히 빠른 도약이다”라며 “앞으로 더 열심히 ‘수원을 수원답게’, 수부도시로서 자부심을 되찾고 수원특례시의 완성을 위한 발길을 이어 가겠다”고 다짐했다.

한편 이번 여론조사에서 이재준 전 수원시 제2부시장이 11.8%를 기록하며 김상회 전 청와대 행정관과 1.3% 차이로 오차범위 내 초박빙 구도를 만들었다고 전했다.

이어 김희겸 경기도 행정1부지사는 8.8%, 김준혁 대통령 직속 국가균형발전위원회 자문위원은 6.8%, 조석환 수원특례시의회 의장은 5.7%, 이기우 전 의원은 4.5%, 장현국 경기도의회 의장은 3.8%, 조명자 전 수원시의회 의장은 3.2%의 적합도를 기록했고 다른 인물은 9.5%, 없음 19.1%, 잘모름 16.3%이라고 했다.

이번 조사는 인천경기기자협회가 조원씨앤아이(조원C&I)에 의뢰해 2022년 4월2일부터 3일까지 양일간, 수원특례시 거주 만 18세 이상 남녀를 대상으로 ARS 여론조사(통신사제공무선가상번호 100%: 성·연령·지역별 비례할당무작위추출)를 실시한 결과라고 했다.
