[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 태백시는 '부동산소유권 이전등기에 관한 특별조치법'(이하 특조법)이 오는 8월 4일 종료됨에 따라 기한 내 신청을 독려하고 있다고 전했다.

지난 2020년 8월 5일부터 2년간 한시적으로 시행되는 이 법은 등기부의 기재사항이 실제 소유자와 일치하지 않는 부동산 등을 간편한 절차에 따라 등기할 수 있도록 하는 것이라고 했다.

적용범위는 실제 농지(전, 답, 과수원 등)와 지목상 임야인 토지로 1995년 6월 30일 이전에 매매·증여·교환 등 법률행위로 인해 사실상 양도된 부동산, 상속받은 부동산, 소유권보존등기가 되어 있지 아니한 부동산 등이며, 단, 소유권 관련 소송 중인 부동산은 제외된다고 했다.

신청인은 먼저 건축지적과 방문 상담후 부동산소재지 동별로 위촉된 보증인 5인(법무사 1인 포함)의 보증을 받은 뒤 보증서를 첨부해 건축지적과에 확인서발급 신청을 하면 된다고 했다.

이후 약 2개월간 진위여부 확인 및 공고를 거쳐 이해관계인의 이의가 없을 경우 확인서를 발급받아 등기소에 소유권이전 등기를 신청하면 된다고 했다.

태백시 관계자는 “특별조치법 시행 기간이 얼마 남지 않은 만큼 지속적인 홍보로 시민들이 기간 내 신청 할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
