[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 횡성군은 지난해에 이어 2022년에도, 지역 농토를 우량농지로 만들기 위한 '횡성 어사眞토' 프로젝트를 역점 추진한다고 밝혔다. 

‘어사眞토’프로젝트는 축산↔경종 농가 공유농업으로 자원 순환 활성화를 통해 횡성만의 특화된 토양 양분 관리와 지역 친환경 농업 모델을 제시하고, 군수 인증 표시제를 도입해 생산부터 유통까지 횡성의 건강한 땅에서 생산되는 안전한 농산물 이미지 구축을 목표로 하고 있으며, 대상은 관내 농업인과 로컬푸드 매장으로, 지난 2021년부터 오는 2025년까지 5년에 걸쳐 진행되고, 총 4단계에 걸쳐 추진되며, 1단계 농지관리, 2단계 생산관리, 3단계 유통관리, 4단계 군수인증 농산물 생산이력 및 품질관리로 추진하고 있다고 전했다.

지난해에는 토양(중금속 포함), 축분뇨 퇴·액비, 농업용수 등 2,224 농가를 대상으로 6,070건 원스톱서비스를 제공하였으며, 출하 전 농산물 잔류농약(320성분) 1,940건 로컬푸드 매장 등 안전성검사 지원과 함께 작목별 맞춤형 유용 미생물을 5개소에서 2,240 농가, 201톤 공급하였고, 가축분뇨 자원화 방법 등 시책을 발굴하여 특허등록 2건, 특허출원 4건, 상표출원 4건 등을 추진하였다고 했다. 

올해는 농촌진흥청 R&D 공모사업으로 ‘횡성한우 중심의 경축순환농업 활성화 기반조성' 사업이 선정되어 '22년~23년' 2년간 10억원을 지원받아 지역 현안 해결 기술지원을 통한 지속 가능한 새로운 성공모델을 구축하고자 올해부터 종합분석실 농업인 원스톱 분석서비스 내실화가 이뤄지고, 또한, 고품질 우분 퇴비 생산 및 자원화 기술보급, 가축분뇨 자원화 ‘퇴비로’앱 개발 및 시범운영과 ‘횡성 어사진토’ 생산이력 시스템 개발, 우분 퇴비 활용 시설채소 및 사료용 옥수수 2기작 재배, 온실가스 감축·우분 퇴비 부숙 촉진 한우농가 전용 미생물 공급을 추진하는 등 세부 사업을 추진해나갈 계획이라고 전했다. 

임종완 농업기술센터소장은 “지역 내 경축순환 활성화 기반을 조성하고 조례제정, 생산이력제 및 인센티브를 도입하여 군수가 인증하는 건강한 흙‘횡성 어사眞토’를 횡성의 대표브랜드로 육성해나가겠다”고 하였다.
