지원한도는 개인은 1천만 원에서 3억원, 단체는 5천만원 에서 10억원이며, 융자조건은 연리 1.0%로 시설자금은 3년 거치 5년 균분상환, 운영자금은 2년 거치 3년 균분상환하면 된다고 했다.
