[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 수십 년간 숙원사업이던 가평 관내 도로망 중 경기도의 지방도와 국가가 지원하는 지방도로서 제5차 국도국지도 5개년 선정된 사업이 예산확보 등 순항하고 있다고 전했다.

 

수십 년간 수많은 지역정치인이 공약했으나 실패했던 내방-연하 간 386지방도(일명 상동터널)는 5억 원의 실시설계비가 경기도 건설국 2022년도 사업비에 반영되어 지난해에 이어 본격적으로 추진된다고 했다.

 

양평구 서종면 ~가평군 청평면 삼회리 구간(일명 야밀고개)의 선형개선공사는 2023년 준공을 앞두고 마무리 사업비 70억 원을 확보했다고 했다.

 

당초 야밀고개 선형개선공사는 2022년도 준공을 목표로 하였으나 터널굴착 과정에서 돌출암괴가 발생하면서 터널공사가 일시 중지되었다가 공법을 변경하는 과정에서 공사 기간이 1년 연장됐다고 했다.

 

특히 이 사업 역시 2010년도 실시설계가 완성되고 2012년 도로구역결정이 변경되었으나 예산확보 등 난항을 겪다가 2019년 도비 100억 원을 확보함으로써 본격적으로 추진하여 2023년 완공하게 됐다고 했다.

 

이어 국가지원지방도인 양평 서종-가평 설악 간 86호선 국지도는 2억 원의 설계비를 확보해 본격적인 추진에 들어간다고 전했다.

 

이 노선의 경우 지난 제3차 국도국지도 5개년 계획에 포함되었으나 일부 구간만 건설되고 제4차 국도국지도에서는 완전히 탈락했다가 이번 제5차 계획에 포함되어 추진됨으로 이번 예산확보는 더욱 의미가 깊다고 했다.

 

또 국지도56호선 포천 군내-내촌 도로개설사업(일명 수원산터널)은 설계를 끝내고 2022년 사업비 55억 원을 확보함으로써 내년 봄부터 본격적으로 착공하게 된다. 금년 하반기에 착공계획이었으나 보상 등의 문제로 사업이 지연됐다고 했다.

 

양평 옥천-가평 설악구간인 국도 37호선은 금년 추경으로 2억 원의 설계비를 확보하여 기초 설계를 하게 되고, 국도의 경우는 중앙정부가 사업비를 일괄 수립함에 따라 이번 설계에 따라 공사 금액 등이 결정한다고 했다.
