[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시 소흘도서관은 문화체육관광부가 주최하고 한국도서관협회가 주관하는 ‘2021년 길 위의 인문학’ 사업을 성황리에 마쳤다고 밝혔다. 

‘길 위의 인문학’ 프로그램은 독서‧토론‧글쓰기를 연계하여 도서 소개 영상 제작 및 다양한 주제의 독립출판물을 제작하는 심화과정이고, ‘말하기를 위한 책 읽기’, ‘글쓰기를 위한 책 읽기’ 등의 주제로 각각 10회 진행했으며, 총 300여 명이 프로그램에 참여했다고 전했다.

프로그램 참여자는 “강사님의 글쓰기 조언을 토대로 집필한 나만의 책이 완성되어 뿌듯하며, 혼자 글을 쓰는 것이 막연하고 어려웠는데 이번 강의를 통해 나에게 맞는 글쓰기 연장 및 스타일을 찾아 기쁘다.”라고 소감을 말했다. 

도서관 관계자는 “책을 읽고 토론하는 데 그치지 않고 독서활동의 연장선으로 다양한 방법으로 결과물을 제작하여 수강생들이 성취감을 느낄 수 있어 호응도가 높았다. 앞으로 다양한 과정의 글쓰기 프로그램 개발로 인문학 저변 확대에 노력하겠다.”라고 말했다.
